May - G.L.A.S.S. Rally

Our only rally in 2010 for the Coaches For Christ will be within the G.L.A.S.S. rally.  Great Lakes Area Spring Spree (G.L.A.S.S.) in Berrien Springs, Michigan  May 27-31, 2010.  We are having our pre-rally on Wednesday May 26 before the G.L.A.S.S. Rally begins.  Plan to be there Wednesday in time for a 5:30 p.m. potluck supper at the picnic tables across from the food concessions.  We will likely have a meeting after the potluck supper.  It will be right next to George and Jan Abbott’s coach and they will have a Coaches for Christ sign in front of their coach.  If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will use Building #35.  Be aware that Gate #3 closes at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, so arrive before 5:00 p.m.  Coming early on Tuesday or Wednesday only costs $15 per day (at the gate).  It is hard to find camping with electric and water for this low price.  The information for registering for the G.L.A.S.S. Rally will be in the FMCA magazine.  Also, see www.GLASSRally.org for details.  We again be providing cold water for the vendors at G.L.A.S.S.   Meeting a day early will help get us organized.  The Coaches for Christ usually meet Thursday-Saturday in Building #35 for devotions.  The reason we meet so early is that events open at 8:00 and some of our group is involved with other activities.  It gives us a chance to start our day right with the Lord and fellowship.  The Coaches For Christ Annual Meeting will be from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. following the Friday devotions
